Legal Provisions :
We work in conjunction with local agencies as well as having close contact
with the Texas Attorney General's Crime Victim unit in Dallas, Fort worth,
and Austin. We can provide you with referrals and information so that you
can take advantage of all legal provisions that are designed to assist you
and your familes through these difficult circumstances. The process of taking
advantage of legal provisions begins with filing out a crime victims application, and
then having it submitted to the proper agency. We can help you do this, but to
get started you can download it by clicking th link below :
Crime Victim's Application
We can help you make a difference :
Our health care team is dedicated to assist you. We know and understand
how important it is to expedite medical bills to the government agencies.
We have a proprietary communication protocol with our software management
system that not only allows your bills to be submitted quickly, but also
allows the transmission of the physician's analysis and plan of care
to the Crime Victims Unit of the Attorney General's office. After your
approval for us to communicate with the Attorney General's office, our
ability to communicate to the legal offices helps you stay
in charge of your own care.

Shirley Shepler
and I would like to help you :
My name is Shirley Shepler, I have joined the EcCare Team and have a
special interest in crime victims and families of crime victims. I
have become a Crime Victim Advocate by having certified training
from the University of Southern Colorado. Even more important than
the training, I have a been brought to a
keen interest in helping others as I have had to work through my own
experiences of being a mother of a crime victim. Please contact me
if you are trying to grapple with all of the details related to being
a crime victim. Click on my name above to send me an e-mail.
